Deposits
Reservations are essential for:
- Christmas/January
- Long Weekends
- Easter
Minimum booking periods apply during these periods and payment is required in full and in advance. A deposit is required at the time of booking.
Reservations are desirable at all other times and particularly so for weekends between September and April, Melbourne Cup and school holidays.
Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled but is able to be re-let for the same period (thus avoiding any financial loss), payments will be refunded in full less an administration charge of $25. Subject to adequate notice, re-letting is seldom a problem, but late cancellations can potentially result in a refund not being provided. Refunds are also not provided if an occupant elects to vacate the site prior to the intended date of departure.
Arrivals and Departures
Check In Time : After 2.00 PM Check Out Time : By 10.00 AM
Earlier "check ins" and late "check outs" may be possible, but prior arrangements must be made.
Maximum numbers of occupants
Please note that a maximum of 4 adults or 6 persons is permitted on a site or cabin.
Duties and Park Rules
A comprehensive set of duties of occupants and park rules applies with respect to all reservations. An abridged version is provided to all occupants upon arrival. All occupancy is conditional on conduct being in accordance with the duties and rules. Transgressions may result in the termination of the occupancy agreement. Inquiries prior to the making of a reservation are encouraged. The management is committed to the provision of a traditional and conservative family environment.
